The Flap of a Butterfly's Wings

Like the flap of the proverbial butterfly's wings, every word we say and every action we take has an effect that ripples outward. We are who we practice being, and as such, we get to choose how we affect other people and the world in which we live. We move mindfully through life and leave goodness in our wake.
